Delivery Policy
At LuxeVolks, our delivery professionals and us are committed to delivering our products to your doorstep in pristine condition and in a timely fashion and with our experience in logistics, we provide Free Delivery as a standard!
However, due to the special natures of some of our products, they might require additional charges for us to complete the delivery (outlined below). Otherwise, deliveries might have to be completed at the closest point of inaccessibility.
Assembly Service
Rate: S$35 / item
To facilitate transport and to minimize costs (as well as maximize your savings!), our products are delivered in separate, easy to assemble components.
However, some products have more complex assembly procedures and may require some expertise to put together. These products are indicated by a "Complex Assembly Required" tag.
To this end, we provide assembly services for these products: For S$35 per applicable item, our professionals will handle delivery up till assembly of the product in your home!
To utilize this service, please indicate "Assembly Service" when specifying your delivery option during Checkout.
Home-Carry Service
While our products are componentized for compactness and ease of transport, some products are ultimately too bulky and may require special efforts to transport. For these products, they would be transported to your address on a best-effort's basis. This means that if your address is inaccessible whilst bearing the product, our professionals would have to cease delivery at the point of the obstacle. Common barriers to transport would include insufficient lift clearance, long flights of stairs leading from the nearest parking location to your address or flights of stairs within your homes.
Thus, before placing your order for products, please assess whether the lift(s) to your address can fit the product based on the largest 2 values of its dimensions, typically the length and width.
If there are obstacles to your address, you can choose to engage in our Home-Carry service, where we will assemble a larger team to attempt to carry these bulky items past obstacles. Based on the number of external and internal stairs you declare between the nearest carpark/parking space and your address, our team will be better able to plan their routes and manpower to ensure a smooth delivery attempt.
In the event your house is above ground floor and your lift cannot accomodate the product, each floor above ground would count as a flight of stairs for our team to traverse.
Our standard Home-Carry services only covers up to 3 external stairs and 3 internal stairs each.
However, should more than 4 of either stairs be selected, we will assess the route to your address and once we have come up with a delivery strategy, we will get in contact with you and payment will be arranged separately from this order.

Interior stairs - $15/flight
